Planning and proposals

Website itineraries and starting prices are guides. Availability, park fees, exchange rates and supplier terms are confirmed in your personalised written proposal.

Confirming a booking

A booking becomes confirmed after you accept the final proposal and the required deposit is received under the terms stated in that proposal.

Changes and cancellations

Amendment, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in your confirmed proposal, including relevant lodge, airline and park-authority terms.

Travel responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health advice and disclosing relevant medical information for mountain or remote journeys.
